TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. For non-cod orders please settle your payment via BPI/BDO

(online transfer/bank deposit) or GCash.

2. Once payment is verified we will schedule your order(s) for delivery.

3. If you chose your orders to be delivered by Prime Livestock, we will deliver it on the scheduled delivery date in your area. If you chose a third party delivery couriers such as LALAMOVE, GRAB or ANGKAS, your orders will be delivered on the same day.

4. Please make sure to provide us with your correct address and contact number to avoid delays in delivery.

5. Village/Subdivision entrance fee is not included on the delivery fee. It will be charged separately to the customer.

6. Our own delivery team has a time limit of 15 mins waiting time per customer. Once the 15 mins has lapsed, the delivery team will leave the address (unless contact has been made with the customer) and will be scheduled for re-delivery again. An additional delivery fee will be charged.

7. Our meats are guaranteed frozen fresh and some are vacuum-sealed. We ONLY cover replacement or refund if the product(s) is:

a. packaging is damaged or already opened at the time you received it.
